As a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience, I have worked within large hotel groups such as Marriott International, Hilton and InterContinental Hotels Group.
Throughout my career, I have developed expertise covering all HR functions: recruitment and talent acquisition, personnel management, HR strategy, employer branding, training and employee development.
These experiences have allowed me to support teams and managers at different levels of the organization and to contribute to structuring high-performing HR functions in operational and multi-site environments.
Today, through Hospitality HR Partners , I support companies in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, caterers, co-working) in their recruitment, talent development and HR organization challenges, with a pragmatic approach close to the realities on the ground.
I intervene flexibly, according to the needs of the organizations: one-off missions, project support or strategic and operational HR support on site.
In order to offer comprehensive support, I also surround myself with specialized professionals in the sector, which allows me to offer 360° support, adapted to the realities and challenges of each establishment.
